This company has been wonderful to work with IN THE PAST. We used them again recently and were disappointed in their level of customer care and service. Note that their website tells you they "come to you to prepare all necessary paperwork", which was a huge reason we chose them again. However with our most recent family death they would not come out and we were forced to drag an 88 year old next of kin to them to complete the papers. It was not ideal. A followup email asking for clarification went unanswered. We will not be using them again.
